Speed Bambino Giveaway – Official Rules

SPEED BAMBINO GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Speed Bambino Giveaway begins when the promotion is officially opened by Speed UTV and ends September 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”). Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only where permitted by law. Employees, officers and immediate family members of Speed UTV may not participate. All entrants must comply with these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER
During the promotion period, customers may receive entries in connection with qualifying Speed Bambino promotional merchandise purchases made online through Speed UTV or at the Sand Sports Super Show.

Each qualifying $50 Bambino T-shirt or Bambino hat purchased earns one entry in the Giveaway. If multiple qualifying items are purchased, the entrant may receive the corresponding number of entries. There is no maximum number of entries, subject to verification by Speed UTV.

To submit an entry, scan the Giveaway QR code or visit the Speed Bambino Giveaway entry page and complete the entry form. Entrants must provide the requested information, including their receipt or order number and the number of qualifying Bambino items purchased.

Each receipt or order number is subject to verification. Duplicate submissions of the same qualifying purchase do not create additional entries. Speed UTV reserves the right to disqualify entries containing inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, altered or fraudulent purchase information.

SOCIAL MEDIA REQUIREMENTS
Entrants must follow at least one of the following Instagram accounts: @speedutv, @speed_unlimited_havasu, or @speedutvdealerships, and must also follow Speed UTV on Facebook. Entrants may be required to verify compliance before being declared the winner.

PRIZE
One winner will receive one Speed UTV Bambino. The specific vehicle configuration, color, equipment and other details will be determined by Speed UTV based on the vehicle designated for this promotion. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner is permitted. Speed UTV may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes, registration, title, transportation, delivery or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize unless Speed UTV expressly agrees otherwise.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible and verified entries received during the promotion period.

Speed UTV will contact the potential winner using the contact information submitted with the entry. The potential winner may be required to provide identification, proof of eligibility, proof of qualifying purchase and/or additional documentation before the prize is awarded.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time specified by Speed UTV, fails verification, or is otherwise ineligible, Speed UTV may select an alternate potential winner.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Speed UTV reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate purchase information, violates these Official Rules or attempts to obtain entries through improper means.

Speed UTV also reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical problems or circumstances outside Speed UTV's reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
