By placing this deposit, you are securing a custom-built Speed UTV tailored specifically to your order. Please carefully review the following terms before proceeding:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit – This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Once placed, it cannot be canceled or credited toward another product.

  • Custom Vehicle Order – All Speed UTVs are custom-built to the unique specifications selected by the customer at the time of order.

  • Estimated Build Time – The estimated manufacturing period is 12–18 months. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe, as production may be affected by parts availability, supply chain timing, or other factors.

  • Accessories – If you choose to add accessories or performance upgrades to your vehicle order, those items will also be considered non-refundable and part of your custom build, due to the fact they come affixed to the vehicle from the factory.
